Serve as a counter-based sales advisor for plumbing and HVAC contractor customers in Augusta, GA. You’ll proactively engage customers in person, by phone, and by email, use product and parts knowledge to recommend solutions, and drive sales growth through upsell/cross-sell and strategic promotions. Manage orders, special requests, back-orders, and delivery timelines while using catalogs, computer systems, and manufacturer databases to provide accurate information and maintain an organized counter environment.
