  • •Oversee mechanical design and development activities, including prototyping, modeling/analysis, and identifying emerging technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or related discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Materials Science, Packaging Science, Environmental, Civil).
  • •0–5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research experience, academic count!).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including identifying root causes, interpreting data, and developing technical solutions.
  • •Ability to lead projects and manage timelines/budgets to deliver results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
