Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a focal point for craft supervisors to access current standards and codes, technical publications, inspection tools, and measuring instruments.
  • •Ensure inspection forms follow a standard format and are completed monthly.
  • •Maintain quality records and related codes/standards.
  • •Coordinate corrective action register (CAR) issues between facility/vessel and the Administrative Office.
  • •Assist with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISM, and ISPS audit preparation and CAR closures, and support KPI measurements and required registers (e.g., ladders, below-hook lift devices, training, MSDS).
