Provide cybersecurity compliance support for the Guard Enterprise Cyber Operations Support (GECOS) program, focusing on Risk Management Framework (RMF) execution across multiple organizations and IT investments. Key Responsibilities

•Provide RMF support for 54 supported organizations, including eMASS record reviews and continuous monitoring (ConMon) strategy and execution.
•Serve as an RMF SME: deliver training and briefs, guide categorization and baseline selection, and support ATO package artifacts submission.
•Identify and maintain cybersecurity compliance requirements for IT investments and networks/services, ensuring alignment with DoD, DISA, and Department of the Army security requirements.
•Ensure preparation for and successful completion of CCRIs, obtaining and maintaining ATC and ATO, and compliance with STIGs and required IA controls.
•Support cybersecurity inspections, tests, assessments, and reviews; help manage eMASS organizational workflow and review security papers with stakeholders.

Travel: Medium travel

•Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information assurance, computer science, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
•4–6 years of experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, or computer science.
•Hands-on RMF experience across Steps 0–6.
•Must meet DoD 8570 IAM-I (e.g., Security+ CE) and keep certification current.
•Active Secret clearance required and must be maintained; US Citizenship required.
