Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and execution of comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, budgets, schedules, resource allocations, and performance metrics.
•Own the technical scope of BESS projects, including component specification, design validation, and integration planning.
•Drive and oversee technical reviews of supplier documentation to ensure compliance with project and regulatory standards.
•Coordinate and lead factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) for all major components including battery racks, PCS, PPC, and SCADA systems.
•Act as the primary technical liaison between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within renewable energy sectors (PV, Wind, Microgrid, or BESS).
•In-depth technical knowledge of BESS components, PCS, and substation systems.
•Proven experience with on-site BESS integration, electrical system design, protection & control, and SAT procedures.
•Strong understanding of communication protocols such as RS485, CANBUS, Modbus TCP/RTU.
