Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and execution of comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, budgets, schedules, resource allocations, and performance metrics.
  • •Own the technical scope of BESS projects, including component specification, design validation, and integration planning.
  • •Drive and oversee technical reviews of supplier documentation to ensure compliance with project and regulatory standards.
  • •Coordinate and lead factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) for all major components including battery racks, PCS, PPC, and SCADA systems.
  • •Act as the primary technical liaison between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within renewable energy sectors (PV, Wind, Microgrid, or BESS).
  • •In-depth technical knowledge of BESS components, PCS, and substation systems.
  • •Proven experience with on-site BESS integration, electrical system design, protection & control, and SAT procedures.
  • •Strong understanding of communication protocols such as RS485, CANBUS, Modbus TCP/RTU.
