Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in R&D technology improvement projects.
  • •Support new unit and revamped unit startups from pre-commissioning through guaranteed acceptance.
  • •Lead office-based and field troubleshooting for commercial units and troubleshoot issues/recommend solutions.
  • •Participate in engineering review meetings (Design Basis, PFD, P&ID, MFD, Plot Plans, HAZOP, and model reviews) and analyze commercial operating data.
  • •Prepare/update operating manuals and training materials and present UOP technology training courses; conduct unit audits and review operating procedures with customer personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or related fields).
  • •10+ years’ industry experience in gas processing, gas treating, or hydrogen technologies.
  • •5+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Experience with UOP gas processing and hydrogen technologies (Separex, LNG treating, Russell, MolSiv, Benfield, Carbon Capture, Ortloff, PSA).
  • •Certification or training in BOSIET or HUET (or equivalent field-related safety training).
