Key Responsibilities

  • •Recommend and defend fragrance submissions using deep olfactive and brand knowledge.
  • •Partner with and guide perfumers with precise feedback, olfactive strategy, and consumer insights.
  • •Lead key fragrance development projects from brief to win, managing timing, quality, and collaboration.
  • •Use marketing, consumer insights, and innovation tools to strengthen proactive and reactive briefs.
  • •Execute category strategy with key stakeholders across functions and support client presentations with the commercial team.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of fragrance development experience in beauty categories including skin cleansing, hair care, deodorants and/or bar soap.
  • •Strong track record of project wins and successful olfactive recommendations.
  • •Expertise in olfactive structure plus brand/market positioning.
  • •Demonstrated leadership, communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
  • •Bachelor's degree required.
