Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather and help define user requirements for nascent construction projects.
  • •Develop cost estimates across the project lifecycle and perform early site due diligence for go/no-go decisions.
  • •Build and manage construction/maintenance budgets and partner with Finance/FP&A for cash flow forecasting and reporting.
  • •Develop contracting structures that align incentives, reduce change-order disputes, allocate risk, and protect company interests.
  • •Serve as the primary construction-related stakeholder point of contact, coordinating with external contractors/consultants and advising across programming, design, pre-construction, closeout, and operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 10 years of progressive construction management experience.
  • •Strong background in design advisory, pre-construction, and project kickoff/setup.
  • •Extreme orderliness with document control and strong project management delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • •In-depth knowledge of construction means/methods, materials, MEP systems, and building codes.
  • •Competency in CPM scheduling, construction document review, and contract administration.
