Own the AI platform powering every product, setting technical direction as a senior individual contributor within pillars of 3–4 PMs. Inherit and evolve a multi-component platform across agent runtime, orchestration, model lifecycle, inference reliability, and safety/compliance. Define platform contracts (APIs, versioning, deprecations), drive evaluation/quality loops, and mentor to raise the quality bar while partnering with engineering leadership to scale to millions of users.

•Own the AI platform strategy end-to-end, defining what to consolidate, invest in, and sunset.
•Set platform contracts for APIs, versioning, deprecation, and migration across consuming teams.
•Drive model lifecycle decisions including selection, evaluation, benchmarking, and fine-tuning enablement.
•Improve inference performance and reliability using latency budgets, caching, batching, quantization, and safe rollout patterns.
•Lead pillar-level technical direction and mentorship, prioritizing competing demands while protecting the platform from becoming a feature factory.

•Experience with AI/ML platforms (e.g., LLM orchestration, model evaluation, fine-tuning, RAG, agentic frameworks).
•Built in enterprise SaaS environments with multi-tenant, compliance, and governance requirements.
