Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop electro-mechanical systems and motor controls using 3D modeling and detailed drawings, and manage BOMs and documentation in PLM systems.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and “Critical to Quality” attributes for robust product development.
  • •Release product specifications, RFQ packets, and costed BOMs; partner with suppliers and contract manufacturers to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
  • •Conduct tolerance stack-ups, DFMEA, PFMEA, process control plans, and implement release engineering changes.
  • •Perform engineering analyses (structural, thermal, airflow, FEA), validation testing, and RCA to support manufacturability and continuous improvement while meeting safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of product development experience in high-volume electronic modules and assemblies.
  • •Proficiency in 3D modeling software (CATIA preferred) and ability to create detailed 2D drawings.
