Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and execute a territory plan, prioritizing outreach and prospecting to develop new pipeline.
  • •Allocate territory and accounts to sales representatives and ensure high-quality account plans for existing accounts and priority prospects.
  • •Monitor pipeline development through outreach, prospecting, local marketing, and industry events, and support contract closure to exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets.
  • •Coach, mentor, and lead the team by example; manage accurate pipeline data and forecasts in Salesforce.
