Key Responsibilities

•Use CAD/CAM systems to design fixtures, tooling, and CNC machining programs.
•Develop, evaluate, and continuously improve manufacturing methods to reduce cost and strengthen competitive advantage.
•Research new manufacturing technologies and recommend capital improvement projects.
•Analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, and equipment layout to maximize efficiency and safety.
•Participate in design reviews with product development and design teams to ensure efficient, capable, and scalable production methods.

Key Requirements

•A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university; or five to ten (5–10) years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
