•Run day-to-day operations of the Mintlayer ecosystem grants program.
•Onboard new projects with technical onboarding support and documentation walkthroughs.
•Maintain the Mintlayer ecosystem project directory and support integration challenges.
•Track ecosystem KPIs and produce regular health reports.
•Coordinate logistics for hackathons, ecosystem workshops, and developer events; manage community channels.
