Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently build and grow treasury management business by developing and driving a TM strategy and line-of-business engagement.
  • •Own financial and production results by growing TM revenue and deposits, tracking performance/levers, and managing the at-risk client list.
  • •Create and execute a full-year TM business plan with targeted focus areas, SWOT analysis, and quarterly plan-versus-results comparisons.

Key Requirements
