Job Summary

Lead in-depth financial planning and analysis to support the Finance function, including budgeting and annual business planning across sites and departments. Own short- to mid-term plan execution, monitor KPIs, and deliver monthly reporting with variance narratives. Build quarterly reforecast analysis, support long-term business planning updates, and oversee customer billing reconciliation and adjustments while ensuring compliance with KSA laws and commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage ASMO’s budgeting and planning process, supporting overall financial planning for the Finance function.
•Develop and execute the department’s short- to mid-term plan aligned with business priorities and corporate goals.
•Prepare detailed annual budgets by site and functions and ensure Oracle budget uploads before the budget period.
•Produce monthly financial reports and analysis to track progress, variances, and revenue positions, with narratives for major deviations before submission.
•Perform quarterly actuals analysis and reforecasting as required, including forecasting variance reconciliation and explanations to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent from an accredited university.
•Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent is preferred.
•CFA, CISI, or ACCA is preferred.
•Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
•9 years’ experience in the field, including 3 years at a supervisory position or similar level; at least 4 years handling budgeting (preferably procurement and logistics).
