Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead routing, switching, and wireless network engineering for LAN/WAN environments.
  • •Ensure configurations comply with network standards; review logs and support SD-WAN, LAN, WAN, and NMS activities.
  • •Set up, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and document enterprise mission-critical network components.
  • •Provide strong escalated support by owning and documenting tickets and resolving service requests via ServiceNow.
  • •Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional technology/business teams; handle rotating on-call and network system analysis/reporting while working 24x7.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years managing LAN & WAN infrastructure.
  • •8+ years in routing & switching with Riverbed and wireless experience.
  • •Vendor experience including VELO Cloud, Cisco, and Riverbed.
  • •Expertise across L2/L3 networking (e.g., IEEE 802.11 a, 802.1x, STP/MSTP/RSTP, HSRP/VRRP, VLANs, EIGRP/OSPF/BGP).
  • •Hands-on knowledge of Viptela SD-WAN and wireless, plus adherence to ITIL and change management processes.
