Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform housekeeping, cleaning, and feed mill grounds maintenance to keep the work area safe, secure, presentable, and operational.
  • •Control access for staff, visitors, and trucks by verifying credentials and directing authorized traffic.
  • •Review and log incoming/outgoing truck inspection paperwork and coordinate truck routes while on property.
  • •Maintain compliance with company policies, Animal Welfare guidelines, and local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • •Assist with receiving feed ingredients and support emergency protocols as needed, including notifying the supervisor of suspected quality or food safety events.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a current and valid driver’s license and meet MVR requirements.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
  • •Ability to complete required logs and forms and follow detailed processes.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • •Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, irregular and extended shift hours, and work with minimal supervision.
