Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring fast, accurate, and empathetic resolution of inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and case management
  • •Use and optimize multiple HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, ADP, etc.) to respond to inquiries, analyze trends, and recommend improvements
  • •Interpret and clearly explain HR policies and business processes while identifying opportunities for simplification or automation
  • •Document, analyze, and escalate complex cases using a structured, data-driven approach
  • •Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the Service Center by identifying pain points, recommending optimization opportunities, and supporting the implementation of sustainable solutions
