Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor CCTV cameras and document all radio calls from the backstage office with the Mann Security Manager.
  • •Complete the Activity Log for notable events such as police/medics arrivals, medical calls, and start/end of show times.
  • •Relay medical emergency details to NES medics and properly log incidents.
  • •Address non-emergency radioed issues (e.g., cleaning, show delays, equipment malfunctions) by contacting the proper parties and updating staff.
  • •Maintain the Ejection Log and manage uniforms and radio/jacket returns at the end of shows, including acting as a Security Base keyholder and supporting site supervision.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • •Good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices, and enforcement procedures.
  • •Ability to perform duties professionally and make independent judgment decisions within policy.
  • •Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • •Ability to work as part of a team with strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
