Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply reliability and quality science to achieve new product quality goals despite schedule and cost pressures.
  • •Establish qualification test plans with product teams to ensure products meet customer CTQs.
  • •Define application-based product test procedures and methods, and set product reliability targets using statistically valid usage data.
  • •Drive early FMEA in the design phase, and participate in safety reviews during phase gate to meet safety and compliance requirements.
  • •Lead problem resolution using warranty identification, product teardowns, quality assessment reporting, and resolution tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 1 year of technical experience in reliability/test lab/quality within new product development using electro-mechanical devices.
  • •Training in Six Sigma tools and techniques (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt) including DOE, SPC, and gage R&R.
  • •Experience with data collection and analysis tools such as Minitab and Weibull.
  • •Ability to work with cross-functional, culturally diverse teams and communicate effectively.
