Apply reliability and quality science to ensure new product quality goals are met despite schedule and cost pressures. Partner with product teams to develop qualification test plans, define application-based test procedures, and set reliability targets using statistically valid usage data. Drive FMEA early in design, support safety reviews through phase gates, lead product teardown and warranty identification, and resolve quality issues informed by customer feedback.
