Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles between departments within the Inspection Centers.
  • •Take photos of vehicles for customer viewing in Carvana spinners.
  • •Inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors to accurately identify imperfections/defects.
  • •Follow safety procedures and work effectively in a fast-paced post-production environment, including mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •At least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Ability to use safety equipment such as face shields/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and protective garments.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
