Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute territory business plans targeting geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and skeletal dysplasia clinic teams to meet sales goals.
  • •Demonstrate deep expertise in Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and the skeletal dysplasia landscape while engaging HCPs in clinically relevant, compliant discussions.
  • •Use sales and target data to identify growth opportunities and proactively address territory challenges.
  • •Partner compliantly with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to maximize customer and family satisfaction.
  • •Build and maintain KOL relationships in partnership with Marketing and Medical Affairs to expand advocacy for Infigratinib and BridgeBio.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years in pharmaceutical or biotech, including 4+ years in rare disease, genetic disease, or skeletal dysplasia.
  • •BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
  • •Proven product/indication launch experience in competitive or new markets, including creating demand through disease-state and stakeholder education.
  • •Experience with account management, including analyzing complex accounts and building strategy to drive measurable impact.
