Job Summary

Lead maintenance and facilities strategies across three plants, planning and executing annual maintenance plans, budgets, and project work while monitoring performance indicators. Drive Hoshin Kanri, ensure proper direction through monthly calibration/recalibration meetings, and mentor teams under your control. Oversee CAPEX and continuous-improvement initiatives, manage spares and reordering, administer maintenance-site tools/portals, and ensure compliance with ISO/UL/OHSAS/NOM standards using DMAIC and OPEX problem-solving tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, organize, direct, and control maintenance strategies for the maintenance area across three plants, including projects, budgets, execution, and KPI monitoring.
•Develop annual Hoshin Kanri by evaluating historical indicators, setting new goals, action plans, and assessing KPI achievement.
•Ensure correct Hoshin direction through monthly calibration and re-calibration meetings to secure indicators.
•Coach, teach, and mentor personnel under your scope; manage professional development and succession planning.
•Ensure compliance with national and international policies and regulations (ISO, UL, OHSAS, NOM) using DMAIC and OPEX tools (A3, BPS, Lessons Learned, Just-Do-It), and manage budgets/cost-benefit reporting.

Key Requirements

•Professional in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Electrical, Mechanical Administrator, or related fields, with a specialty Master’s in Productivity, Quality, Maintenance.
•5+ years managing and developing process-improvement projects for production processes.
•Proven experience leading and managing large teams of people.
•Knowledge of Six Sigma and implementing TPM, MP, and predictive visual indicator management (CADA, MES).
•Advanced English proficiency and budgeting experience.
