Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn to start owning portions of installations, break/fix incidents, and problem management during the project lifecycle.

  • •Provide support and work alongside Senior Associate/L2 and other senior support engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing (or related field).
  • •Entry-level experience from a similar role, preferably within a global IT services organization.
  • •Basic understanding of technical design principles and ability to develop knowledge of project and administration processes.
  • •Some exposure to deployments for less complex tasks.
  • •Relevant vendor certification(s) as required.
