Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute operating and maintenance activities for assigned gas storage assets per company procedures and applicable API 1170/1171 standards.
  • •Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to meet deliverability, injectivity, and reliability targets.
  • •Identify, evaluate, document, and mitigate well integrity threats, including performing risk assessments and long-term integrity planning.
  • •Provide technical support to internal teams across Field Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Gas Control, Corrosion, and Regulatory groups.
  • •Maintain and continuously improve gas storage data systems and applications, including the Gas Storage Database, Well Risk Matrix, Logging Schedules, and Well Files.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience in underground natural gas storage, reservoir engineering, or the regulated gas industry.
  • •Foundational knowledge of reservoir engineering principles, including material balance, performance monitoring, and basic forecasting concepts.
  • •Basic understanding of well operations, including wellbore, wellhead, and downhole operations.
  • •Familiarity with well logging techniques and introductory interpretation concepts.
  • •Ability to analyze data, identify potential issues, and support solutions while meeting deadlines and complying with policies and procedures.
