Vans: Supervisor - Bellevue Square

Lead day-to-day store operations at a Vans retail location by supporting the store leadership team, delivering exceptional customer engagement, and helping drive sales and profitability. Coach and develop associates, maintain merchandising and inventory standards, and ensure opening/closing and operational procedures are followed. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to foster an inclusive team culture, support training and onboarding, and participate in local community initiatives.
