Job Summary

Lead a small, high-leverage team of product and business analysts to drive critical decisions across Garner. Spend about half your time hands-on—designing experiments, running causal analyses, and building measurement frameworks—then use the other half to coach, raise standards, and translate insights into clear executive recommendations. Manage 3–4 analysts spanning Growth, Product, and Central BI, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of 3–4 analysts across Growth, Product, and Central BI, setting the technical bar and unblocking work.
•Partner cross-functionally to translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks for product managers, engineers, and executives.
•Own measurement and experimentation strategy, including A/B testing, causal inference methods, and forecasting to define how success is measured.
•Design metrics and run high-stakes analyses that isolate treatment effects, then communicate actionable narratives and monitor metric changes.
•Mentor the team, enforce analytical standards and reproducibility, and create career paths and growth plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 219,000 - 255,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in business analytics or a related quantitative field.
•2+ years managing analysts or data scientists, including teaching experiment design and giving strong feedback.
•Advanced analytical and statistical rigor, including experiment design and threats to validity, with comfort in causal inference tradeoffs.
•Ability to translate complex analyses for different audiences using dashboards, slides, and notebooks.
•Strong autonomy and judgment to scope complex problems and deliver high-quality results to senior stakeholders.
