Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of 3–4 analysts across Growth, Product, and Central BI, setting the technical bar and unblocking work.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks for product managers, engineers, and executives.
  • •Own measurement and experimentation strategy, including A/B testing, causal inference methods, and forecasting to define how success is measured.
  • •Design metrics and run high-stakes analyses that isolate treatment effects, then communicate actionable narratives and monitor metric changes.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in business analytics or a related quantitative field.
  • •2+ years managing analysts or data scientists, including teaching experiment design and giving strong feedback.
  • •Advanced analytical and statistical rigor, including experiment design and threats to validity, with comfort in causal inference tradeoffs.
  • •Ability to translate complex analyses for different audiences using dashboards, slides, and notebooks.
