Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee NF metal recovery and fluff stockpiling, ensuring compliance with state regulations and internal controls prior to ASR shipment.
  • •Maintain a safe work environment by implementing safety SOPs, monitoring safety program metrics, and coordinating employee safety training and documentation.
  • •Provide operational leadership for JP department staff across multiple shifts, including assigning work schedules to optimize production rates and minimize overtime.
  • •Oversee equipment operations and maintenance activities, including managing major projects’ manpower, downtime, and timelines and ensuring equipment is properly operated.
  • •Track daily production reports and production metrics to improve throughput, reduce costs/expenses, increase profitability, and maximize metal recovery.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •5–10 years of manufacturing work experience, including 2–5 years of managerial experience and experience leading a work crew.
  • •Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing processes, including ability to learn ASR treatment systems and operate related equipment.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • •Proven continuous improvement experience, ability to analyze production metrics, and experience managing departmental budgets/capital expenditures.
