Job Summary

Market Field Engineer, Technical Service for automotive and industrial sectors who leads technical issue resolution on-site with customers, aligning with sales to identify solutions, perform testing, deliver reports, and train customers on new products and methods. Will coordinate with local and overseas R&D and technical teams, support field tests and product trials, and help drive adoption from pilot to mass production.

Key Responsibilities

•Present and demonstrate products and installation methods to customers, propose technical solutions during visits and discussions.
•Propose appropriate test plans to achieve project objectives, coordinate testing with customers/sales and arrange tests with the test engineers.
•Train customers and sales teams on new products and installation methods.
•Develop new products (PCP), introduce trading products (TPP), and support maintenance (PMP) based on PCP to meet customer needs and aid development teams.
•Arrange and execute product installation tests and field tests, and report results to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Mechanical Engineering
•Experience in technical service, application development, adhesive bonding, or quality control
•Business-level English (email/meeting communication)
•Strong teamwork and communication skills within HQ/regions (TS, Sales, R&D, Marketing)
•Self-motivated, practical, and comfortable presenting to customers, able to perform experiments/evaluations independently
