Key Responsibilities

  • •Secure gates and buildings, patrol the premises, and sound alarms/notify authorities in emergencies.
  • •Verify only authorized individuals enter the property and check gate passes for vehicle exit authorization.
  • •Check departing vehicles to prevent theft and account for keys/codes/safety-security information.
  • •Greet customers at the gate, provide prompt service, and resolve complaints in a friendly manner.
  • •Watch and report irregularities (e.g., fire hazards, unsecured doors, leaking pipes) and maintain emergency contact lists and equipment conditions.
