Key Responsibilities

•Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand current and future talent needs and develop attraction and hiring strategies across corporate functions.
•Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing and sourcing strategy through offer management and handover to HR for onboarding.
•Proactively source and engage high-calibre talent using direct search, networking, referrals, talent pipelines, social media, and external partnerships.
•Build and maintain talent pools for key and future-critical roles, ensuring access to diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines.
•Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates; conduct interviews; provide recommendations; and deliver an exceptional candidate experience through feedback and timely communication.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience recruiting corporate and specialist functions, either in-house or via a recruitment agency environment.
•Experience hiring mid to senior-level professionals across functions such as Digital, eCommerce, Technology, Marketing, Finance, HR, or Operations.
•Demonstrated success developing sourcing strategies and attracting passive talent through direct search and market mapping.
•Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and build credibility at all levels.
•Experience using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter, with strong interviewing and assessment skills.
