Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand current and future talent needs and develop attraction and hiring strategies across corporate functions.
  • •Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing and sourcing strategy through offer management and handover to HR for onboarding.
  • •Proactively source and engage high-calibre talent using direct search, networking, referrals, talent pipelines, social media, and external partnerships.
  • •Build and maintain talent pools for key and future-critical roles, ensuring access to diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines.
  • •Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates; conduct interviews; provide recommendations; and deliver an exceptional candidate experience through feedback and timely communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience recruiting corporate and specialist functions, either in-house or via a recruitment agency environment.
  • •Experience hiring mid to senior-level professionals across functions such as Digital, eCommerce, Technology, Marketing, Finance, HR, or Operations.
  • •Demonstrated success developing sourcing strategies and attracting passive talent through direct search and market mapping.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and build credibility at all levels.
  • •Experience using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter, with strong interviewing and assessment skills.
