Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in payments technology as a software engineer, product manager, or related role, including launching initiatives that design and build APIs and other developer-related technologies.
  • •Deep experience in banking and/or payments gateways (interacting with networks or acquirer/issuer processors), including AS/400, ISO8583, and ISO20022.
  • •Broad technical mastery across payments messaging, including DUKPT encryption, EBCDIC encoding, and observability (O11y).
  • •Strong software architecture instincts and the ability to operationalize systems via configuration to minimize per-implementation code changes.
  • •Ability to write and publish technical documentation and communicate clearly with executives, customers, and implementation teams.
