Job Summary

Manage the end-to-end insurance claims lifecycle for a portfolio of global and corporate clients, covering risk classes such as Property, Public Liability, and Professional Indemnity. You’ll reserve and investigate claims, ensure timely lodgement, and present updates to internal and external stakeholders. Partner with insurers and the Aon network to maintain strong relationships, while serving as a subject matter expert and supporting colleague training and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

•Help manage insurance claims across risk classes including Property, Public Liability, and Professional Indemnity.
•Reserve and investigate initial claims, ensuring timely lodgement.
•Manage the claim lifecycle from notification through to closure.
•Build and maintain relationships with insurers, brokers, underwriters, and service providers.
•Provide effective presentations to internal and external stakeholders and support colleague training as a subject matter expert.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of legal background, or 3–4 years working as a claims consultant at an insurer (preferred).
•Experience reserving and investigating initial claims, including timely lodgement.
•Demonstrated ability to take on additional responsibilities and senior tasks.
•Strong customer service focus with effective prioritization and time management.
•Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders.
