Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and recommend software architecture and application interface integration plans for AI/ML modules in Land C4ISR systems.
  • •Design system-level solutions to bridge capability gaps using applied AI technologies for mission-critical environments.
  • •Oversee AI-enabled C4ISR lifecycle management, including witnessing integration testing for autonomous sensor fusion and M&S components.
  • •Advise senior management on strategic implementation of AI frameworks in tactical IT environments while leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Prepare technical and procurement documentation and conduct technical definition and options analysis to evaluate AI algorithm performance and reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Software Engineer on Military Command and Control software systems.
  • •Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Software Specialist within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) for an onsite client.
  • •Leading multidisciplinary teams delivering IT tactical systems, frameworks, or strategies.
  • •Experience designing and integrating AI algorithms that synthesize multi-source ISR data into actionable intelligence.
  • •Experience with software testing, verification, and validation (V&V) for non-deterministic AI/ML in mission-critical environments.
