Derivative Operations Analyst

Manage the derivative middle-office trade lifecycle for Athene’s derivative investment and hedging strategy. Support end-to-end derivative transactions across settlements, margin, collateral, cash movements, and trade validation/reconciliation. Oversee derivative trading documentation (ISDAs/CSAs/MCAs), ensure accurate downstream processing for accounting, reporting, and risk systems, and coordinate with internal teams and external counterparties while driving process improvements and risk controls.
