Cabin Service Leads

Oversee customer-facing cabin services by interfacing daily with assigned customer station management to ensure service-level expectations are communicated and delivered. Maintain outstanding customer service for assigned contracts, lead and train Pegasus cabin service staff, and support safe, efficient operations. As needed, service aircraft (including cabin cleaning) while ensuring safety and security onboard at all times and performing other assigned duties.
