Mix and load ingredients into dough kettles according to batch sheets, then transport dough to production lines in a timely manner. Operate and set machine controls using procedures, review SAP recipes, and monitor batch processing. Clean and assemble machine parts and tools, perform housekeeping to maintain GMP/quality/safety standards, and complete required documentation in English. Follow safety rules, work assigned hours with possible overtime, and maintain equipment readiness for production.

•Mix and load ingredients into dough kettles according to batch sheets and monitor the batch process.
•Set machine controls to proper settings according to procedure and review SAP recipes in English.
•Transport dough to the line in a timely manner for use in production.
•Clean machine parts, tools, and utensils and return items to the 5s position; maintain general housekeeping (e.g., sweeping, mopping).
•Obtain daily schedule and necessary tools/utensils for start up and complete required documentation.

•Minimum 3 months of production or related experience.

•Ability to move up to 55 lbs and a wheeled cart weighing approximately 1200 lbs (about 30 feet).
