Legal Counsel

Provide legal counsel to product and business teams developing and marketing Adobe Acrobat, advising on legal compliance, brand/reputational risk, and business objectives. Partner closely with product management, engineering, business strategy, and marketing, coordinating with privacy, antitrust, and intellectual property subject matter leads. Draft and negotiate technology licensing and partnership agreements, and develop internal training materials for engineering, program management, and sales-legal teams.
