Job Summary

Provide technical support, service, and repair for ZOLL medical device product lines, including troubleshooting, testing, and planned preventive maintenance at customer hospital sites and occasionally at ZOLL facilities. Maintain accurate service documentation in ZOLL systems, handle and document device investigations, and train distributors or clinical staff. Use field findings to help improve product performance and reliability with internal engineering and R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Respond to customers, Sales, clinical staff, distributors, and end-users with telephone/email technical support and hands-on troubleshooting and repair.
•Schedule and perform planned preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and testing at customer hospital sites or ZOLL service centers.
•Complete timely service documentation in ZOLL systems for device service history files and compliance regulations.
•Provide technical training of ZOLL products to distributors or clinical staff as directed.
•Conduct complaint handling and device investigations, write investigation reports, and share field findings to improve product performance and reliability.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•4-6 years hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing medical equipment in hospital/clinic/corporate environments.
•Strong technical skills in electromechanical and/or other medical devices.
•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering (preferred).
•Knowledge of FDA and ISO 13485 medical device quality system standards.
•Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer-focused attitude in busy hospital environments.
