Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a Product Operations team to triage, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents across the Maritime fleet.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience managing, mastering, and supporting complex technical systems (maritime, aerospace, robotics, automotive, defense, or electromechanical).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent hands-on military, maritime, or industrial technical experience.
  • •Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and lead teams through complex, unstructured technical challenges.
  • •Experience managing, coaching, or leading technical teams with a focus on professional development and operational excellence.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance, and based in (or willing to relocate to) Costa Mesa, CA or Quincy, MA.
