Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a player/coach for healthcare treasury and revenue cycle advisors while maintaining direct client engagement.
•Provide consultative guidance on treasury, payments, receivables, disbursements, revenue cycle management, and healthcare financial operations.
•Develop and maintain expertise in healthcare technology platforms and advise on payments integration best practices and system architecture.
•Create healthcare thought leadership and monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging payment models to inform recommendations.
•Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a team of 3-4 advisors; set objectives and promote consistent advisory methodologies and knowledge sharing.
