Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the local supply chain strategy to support existing and future customer manufacturing sites.
  • •Define the organizational structure, staffing model, and capability requirements for sustainable growth.
  • •Establish and optimize supply chain infrastructure, including warehouse, cleanroom, transportation, and in-fab logistics processes.
  • •Partner with customers and Customer Service teams to translate customer needs into effective supply chain solutions.
  • •Own supply chain performance and site costs, and lead, coach, and develop the local team to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

  • •A master’s degree in supply chain management, technical business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • •8–10 years of experience in a complex, customer-focused supply chain environment.
  • •Experience within a large international organization in supply chain, logistics, operations management, procurement, or consulting.
  • •Leadership experience managing teams, projects, and business improvements.
  • •Knowledge of supply chain processes, business complexity, and market dynamics, with experience in change management and continuous improvement methodologies.
