•Maintain an appropriate clinical caseload by conducting evaluations and therapy sessions.
•Manage and mentor a team of SLPs via regular 1:1s, clinical coaching, and ongoing feedback.
•Ensure SLPs use Expressable systems, resources, policies, best practices, and complete required training and compliance.
•Resolve clinical concerns through escalations, partner with leaders, and communicate key updates.
•Track and analyze performance metrics (efficiency, quality, documentation compliance, client satisfaction) and implement improvement plans.
