Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle incoming phone calls and customer emails as first point of contact.
  • •Inform customers about products, pricing, delivery lead time changes, and available alternatives.
  • •Follow up on placed orders and propose alternatives when needed.
  • •Process complaints in SAP, actively track them, and provide feedback to customers.
  • •Support contract preparation/renewal and backorder management, including proactive customer updates and alternative proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •Hbo diploma
  • •Experience in a customer service environment
  • •Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
  • •Preferably very good knowledge of SAP
  • •Knowledge of Windows and MS Office
