Job Summary

Senior Electrical Estimation Engineer responsible for evaluating project requirements, estimating costs, and preparing competitive bids for electrical/instrumentation projects. Leads instrumentation estimation, reviews tender documents, collaborates with other disciplines, and mentors junior estimators. Oversees data sheets, I/O lists, and bill of quantities, while ensuring accurate cost calculations and proposals for ADNOC-scale Middle East projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Overall responsibility for instrumentation estimation and support to the proposals and estimation team.
•Review tender documents and identify the instrumentation scope of work and provide estimation basis.
•Work closely with other disciplines and contribute to overall estimation basis for the proposals.
•Contribute to technical proposals and able to present to Client / End User when required.
•Establish instrumentation estimation basis and benchmarks for discipline within the organization and update as per the changes in market norms.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
•8–12 years of experience in oil & gas, with 3–5 years in estimation/tendering
•Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems and materials
•Experience in ADNOC or similar Middle East projects preferred
•Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, drawings, and specifications
