Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project QA/QC Manager or Sr. QA/QC Engineer in implementing the quality management system at site per the approved Project Quality Plan and IMS procedures.
  • •Prepare WIRs for construction activities, review incoming materials and approved material submittals, and coordinate submissions with the consultant.
  • •Monitor WIRs and test reports, provide status updates to the site team and management, and ensure corrective actions to avoid work rejection.
  • •Establish and monitor QA/QC plans, method statements, and test plans before and during the project to meet quality requirements and client expectations.
  • •Control document procedures, maintain inspection and test result records (including steel mill certificates), and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting per company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant QA/QC experience (2 years GCC is a plus).
  • •In-depth knowledge of QMS/IMS and quality systems, with familiarity with standards and specifications such as ISO 9001, QCS, SMACNA, ASHRAE, and NFPA.
  • •Ability to assist with implementation of the quality management system at site per approved Project Quality Plan and IMS procedures.
  • •Experience preparing and managing work inspection requests (WIR), reviewing materials, test reports, and inspection records for compliance.
  • •Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or relevant auditor/certifications (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or ASQC CQM/CQE) and a bachelor’s degree in a related field (including Civil Engineering).
