Job Summary

Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day venue operations and supervise the Operations Crew for game and concert days. Build and execute crew work plans to ensure safe, timely service; support the venue maintenance plan and groundskeeping; and handle elevated staff and guest inquiries across VIP experiences, amenities, and seat upgrades. Coordinate with Security and Guest Services to meet service standards, communicate SOPs, and escalate issues with other supervisors as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Work directly with the Ops Manager to perform day-of-show duties.
•Create a work plan for the operations crew and ensure tasks are completed safely and on time.
•Assist with the venue maintenance plan, including groundskeeping.
•Respond to elevated staff and guest inquiries and concerns across shows, VIP program, and seat upgrades.
•Keep SOPs current and communicate them to team members; report guest or team issues to the Operations Manager and escalate as needed.

Key Requirements

•Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations, responsible alcohol service, and guest relations.
•Skills in guest relations and staff relations, including assessing and anticipating guests’ special needs.
•Ability to prioritize duties and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and issues at one time with an upbeat attitude.
•Communicate well with team members and managers while fostering unity and camaraderie.
