Key Responsibilities

•Oversee execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising through product recovery, restock, destock, and visual changes in line with directives and Visual Manager guidance.
•Plan and communicate visual floor changes with management, adjusting zones and support for business needs and payroll considerations.
•Utilize reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement, outfitting, and stock levels, and implement changes as needed.
•Lead by example on the shop floor, driving the guest experience, team performance, and adherence to visual standards and schedules.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of visual merchandising or store leadership experience in a retail or lifestyle brand
•Proven ability to manage and improve in-store processes, floor sets, and product presentation
•Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience supervising a team
•Analytical mindset with ability to use metrics to drive store performance
•Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams (ops, visual, and leadership)
