Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate ready mix trucks safely in the plant yard, on public highways/roads, and at job sites to deliver products.
  • •Maintain equipment in a safe and clean condition.
  • •Perform pre- and post-trip truck inspections.
  • •Verify mix specifications after loading and at the job site.
  • •Drive to the unloading location and operate the truck/chutes to release concrete and deliver products as directed, including cleaning after delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Must possess a valid state commercial driver’s license (CDL) Class A or Class B.
  • •Must possess a valid Medical Card as per DOT standard.

  • •Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; able to write simple correspondence.
  • •Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
