Job Summary

Operate ready-mix trucks safely and professionally to deliver concrete and related construction materials to plant yards and job sites across commercial and residential areas. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain equipment in safe/clean condition, verify mix specifications, and manage chute and unloading operations. Clean equipment after delivery to prevent hardening and ensure compliance with safety procedures while supporting supervisor-directed duties.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate ready mix trucks safely in the plant yard, on public highways/roads, and at job sites to deliver products.
•Maintain equipment in a safe and clean condition.
•Perform pre- and post-trip truck inspections.
•Verify mix specifications after loading and at the job site.
•Drive to the unloading location and operate the truck/chutes to release concrete and deliver products as directed, including cleaning after delivery.

Key Requirements

•Must possess a valid state commercial driver’s license (CDL) Class A or Class B.
•Must possess a valid Medical Card as per DOT standard.
•One to two years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; able to write simple correspondence.
•Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
