Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of consultants to deliver projects from inception to completion, maintaining high quality standards and meeting client needs.
•Mentor and develop junior staff both technically and professionally.
•Coordinate design and documentation for structured cabling systems, including CSI specifications and drawings.
•Collaborate with clients and design teams to gather requirements and coordinate with other building systems.
•Manage project financials and resources to ensure on-budget delivery and effective use of staff.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 122,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (BS in engineering preferred) or equivalent with related work experience in designing technology systems for buildings.
•Ten+ years experience designing complex structured cabling systems for the AEC consulting/engineering industry.
•Deep knowledge of structured cabling design principles and coordination with other trades.
•Familiarity with Revit capabilities and basic operational abilities.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of NEC, IBC, NFPA, BICSI, EIA/TIA standards.
