Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of consultants to deliver projects from inception to completion, maintaining high quality standards and meeting client needs.
  • •Mentor and develop junior staff both technically and professionally.
  • •Coordinate design and documentation for structured cabling systems, including CSI specifications and drawings.
  • •Collaborate with clients and design teams to gather requirements and coordinate with other building systems.
  • •Manage project financials and resources to ensure on-budget delivery and effective use of staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (BS in engineering preferred) or equivalent with related work experience in designing technology systems for buildings.
  • •Ten+ years experience designing complex structured cabling systems for the AEC consulting/engineering industry.
  • •Deep knowledge of structured cabling design principles and coordination with other trades.
  • •Familiarity with Revit capabilities and basic operational abilities.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of NEC, IBC, NFPA, BICSI, EIA/TIA standards.
